Our Returns Policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns will be accepted in the following circumstances :
- item is in the wrong size or color
- item is received damaged
- item is not as advertised
- item never arrived
Full or partial refunds are available on items if it is not as advertised. In the case of a partial refund, the customer keeps the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer pays the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item over $75.00 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
